Hello caro Carlo.
This Berlusconi legalization process is very similar to the one that has already taken place in Colombia: paramilitares congressmen that are establishing laws against the infiltration of paramilitares in the Congress.
Those are 2 good examples of legal revolutions. Others: reelecionists attempts in Southamerica, that involve constitutional reforms. Luckily the Honduras attempt has benn succesfully avoided.

An interesting case.
Politics, it is often said, is the art of the possible: one has, whatever one believes, to bow to reality and try out what is feasible. And "legalization", often, is "the" feasible... :-)
